...Wild Wednesday...

What's so wild about it? LOL nothing really...I again simply needed a title.

The softball games last night went okay. Ben and Jeremy's team, The Misfits, just can't seem to catch a break, but they're really putting out some good plays and showings out there. That last game was definitely a dog-fight if I've ever seen one.

@Misfits: You guys are doing great out there - keep it up!

I've gotta sit down with Joe to discuss things QUILLCADE and Porn Empire Project (PEP); and also to hang out, as we haven't done so in awhile now. We basically know the specs for the computer part of the machine, as well as what kinds of controllers we want for it, and what it's going to be used for. Now all that's needed is to choose the operating system for it, figure out the configuration details of the controls, and - not most importantly, but still important - the housing of QUILLCADE, in other words, the arcade "box" itself.

And, of course, there's the issue of expenses. The box - depending on certain things, will be relatively cheap to construct...relative to the cost of the computer part, that is. And it's not like this is going to be a weekend-only project. It'll be some months before we pin all the details down, and then months after that before we have anything anywhere near completion. I thought, briefly, about throwing the whole computer part of it on a credit card - but then realized that'd be a horrible idea.

Rest assured, QUILLCADE will come to pass, and WHEN it does, it will be absolutely amazing.

I will have the details with Quill Day Eve/Quill Day/the weekend of Quill Day hashed out after this weekend. An email will be forthcoming, as well as phone calls, concerning said event. Whatever goes down, will be fun as hell, I promise. I only have one requirement:

No drama bullshit. :)

And I don't mean you can't poke fun of/trash on a drama situation (i.e. the Erich thing) - I mean that no confrontations that involve yelling or bitching out or anything are allowed; no fighting. I'm not saying that anyone is going to do this, but in our group it seems to happen from time to time. IF anything like that DOES happen, I will IMMEDIATELY kick out whoever started it. That means that even if we're all out at a public place, you will be asked to leave, or at the very least, sit away from where the rest of us are. That's all...simple. Let's all have a good time, alright? Cool. I knew you'd see it my way. (But then, you don't really have a choice either.)
