I meant to 'blog' about this earlier...

Some girl in St. Charles got fired from her job at the pharmacy in Target for refusing to sell the morning-after pill, or referring customers to another pharmacist. She did this because she claims it goes against her religious beliefs concerning abortion and pro-life. Now, she's bitching and whining because she got fired.

Now, this girl probably got health insurance through that job; likely she depended upon her paycheck in some capacity. While I am sympathetic to someone being out of work and down on their luck...

...she deserved to lose her job. I'm glad she did. Number one, she's forcing her beliefs on the lives of other people, which she has absolutely no right to do. Number two, she was hired to give people their doctor-prescribed medication, and just simply out-right refused to do her job. Her very job description involves filling prescriptions of every kind of medicine, including the morning-after pill. So how come she accepted the fucking job in the first place? She could have chosen to get a different job if she didn't like the duties involved in that one. Simply put, lady, if you don't do the work which you were hired to do, you get your ass fired, regardless of any kind of belief system.

So go ahead and cry your eyes out over not having a job anymore, fucktard...afterwards, maybe you should take your last paycheck and go buy yourself a friggin' brain!

LOL!

I totally agree. But, did she accept the job after this pill was released? Or was it introduced well into her employment. We all make moral decisions throughout our lives. Sure, she should have just done her job, ,but she made a decision.

As stupid as it is, she stood strong for her beliefs.

Hell, let's make it an over the counter drug. It may stop all this teenage pregnancy shit that's been such a "scourge".

Nix says: You just know she's a fucking religious nut, too.
