...Luck O' The Irish...

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!! And, a happy birthday to my brother, Dave! He’s 22 years old today. If you plan to drink today at all, drink to the Irish (who are cool because they honor a saint by getting shit-faced).

Tonight is dinner at Heather’s family’s house. Next weekend (not to be confused with THIS weekend) will be Dave’s birthday festivities.

Hopefully, Nix and Scott will have a good week on their odyssey to ever-lovely Illinois to sell pot to the locals. Nix likes to laugh, btw – wanna see what he’s probably laughing at right now?

Ring Two comes out tomorrow. It’s not an opening day movie for me; but I would really love to see it this weekend. Perhaps Sunday will be the day.

Quentin Tarantino seems to be a dirty fucking liar. He now claims that he never had any interest in directing the next Friday the 13th film. Yeah, because you did so well with lucrative pictures like Jackie Brown and 4 Rooms, right? Yeah. Oh well – it might have been horrible with him directing anyway.

Literary Quote of the Blog: “Let your boat of life be light, packed with only what you need - a homely home and simple pleasures, one or two friends, worth the name, someone to love and someone to love you, a cat, a dog, and a pipe or two, enough to eat and enough to wear, and a little more than enough to drink; for thirst is a dangerous thing.” – Jerome K.
