...weekend party recap...
Saturday was yet another successful and completely awesome gathering. The guestlist consisted of: Scott, Scuba, Corey, Nicole, Joanna, Dave, DeLarbar, and my buddy Brent and his brother Eric. Ben and Michelle couldn't make it, but they'll be at the next one.
We got a few more bottles of the good stuff out of it, and two twenties of Bud Light were completely obliterated from the planet. Scott and I finally reached a limit of beer intake, which was surprising (or maybe it was an off-night). If Corey had been drinking hardcore, it would have been closer to three twenties.
At any rate, it was a really good time. I’m kind of sorry that Joe, Angel, Hizzy, Amanda, and Jason couldn’t be there, but they had plans and that’s understandable.
Becky came over yesterday and steam-cleaned our carpet. All this time I thought our carpet was clean – not so much. You would have been disgusted with the crap that came out of the carpet; lord knows I was. I mean, I walk barefoot on that carpet…
I’ve decided to be more…inconsistent…with Quilled Script’s features. Just to keep things interesting.

Literary Quote of the Blog: “Adam was but human--this explains it all. He did not want the apple for the apple's sake, he wanted it only because it was forbidden. The mistake was in not forbidding the serpent; then he would have eaten the serpent." - Mark Twain (Samuel Clemmons), 'The Tragedy of Pudd'nhead Wilson'
